WARRANTY POLICY
Warranty covers any manufacturing defect/s wherein the product purchased from Ergocentrix does not work as intended from normal usage.
WARRANTY PERIOD
The warranty period is 3 years from the date of the purchase. Claiming of warranty for any replacement or repair does not reset the warranty period.
WARRANTY IS NOT APPLICABLE FOR:
- Damages that are not made from normal usage such as accidental staining, mishandling, and the like.
- Damages caused by environmental conditions such as the growth of microorganisms due to excessive moisture, flooding, fire, and etc.
- Products failures that resulted from modifications made by the user or modifications not approved by Ergocentrix.
- Improper installation or maintenance of the products under product instructions and warnings.
- Expected wear and tear from the usage of the products.
- Products that are used for rental purposes.
PROCEDURE FOR CLAIMING WARRANTY
In order to claim warranty, please contact our team through call or e-mail and present the warranty code together with an explanation of the issues experienced regarding the products purchased. Once verification is completed and it is established that replacement or repair is necessary, then the product is to be sent to the designated Ergocentrix service center. Please ensure to bring the warranty certificate and a valid ID that matches the name in the warranty certificate. After being received by our staff, replacement or repair of the defective products or defective parts are completely free of charge.
